Excellent service from Rowland: the watch arrived safely and is a joy to wear.

Recently purchased a Roamer Premier Automatic at what appears to be a good price. Arrived when stated and bracelet adjusted as requested.

Only hiccup was Roamers own website which allowed warranty to be extended to 7 years but gave a warning regarding risk to personal data and no apparent way to extend warranty.

Rang First Class Watches and within a short time I was emailed a link by Roamer which let me extend the warranty.

Returning customer - selection is 2nd to none .
Communication is “first class” .
Bought a fortis fleiger - was on my wrist in 8 days inc delivery from Switzerland .
Young chap called Rowland at 1st class watches was very impressive all the way through the sale with updates etc etc.
If I’m returning customer then they are doing something right as I can be a pain in the ar$e to deal with .

Delighted arrived very quick

I brought the MTG-B2000YR-1AER City Lights, and there was a problem on arrival. Scott and Rowland resolved the problem extremely quickly, especially considering it was a bank holiday weekend. The customer service from First Class Watches, is indeed first class, and is the best I have ever known. I highly recommend First Class Watches to everyone.
I absolutely love my new MTG City Lights watch! The engraving and colours around the bezel are beautiful. Inside the dial, the colours on the indexes are all the same, and match the colours on the hands perfectly. When a bright light hits the hands and indexes, the colours come to life, and remind me of the colours you would see in a puddle that has had petrol or oil spilt into it. The colours are gorgeous. The MTG logo is holographic and when a bright light hits it, it changes to lots of different, vibrant colours. The date is easy to read, and changes colour depending on what the date is. The watch itself has a beautifully finished carbon case, that has laminated fibre glass in different colours, sandwiched one on top of the other around the sides of the watch case. I love absolutely everything about this watch, and the overall look of the watch is stunning!
