Changing or cancelling an order
If you wish to change the contents of your order or cancel your order. You will need to contact our customer service team. This can be done by telephone and email.

Our service team will promptly tell you the status of your order and if it is possible to change/cancel the contents.
Order not recieved
- If you have not yet received your order it may of not yet been dispatched. In some cases it is necessary to order stock in from our manufacturer and this can extend delivery times.
- We may have had problems processing your order. If this is the problem we will have tried to contact you, check your emails and verify we have your correct phone number.
- Your order may have been lost in the post. In this case we may have to claim the insurance back and redispatch your order.

Returns
Christmas Refund Policy
We are offering all our customers a 'no quibble' refund or exchange policy for items purchased between Wednesday 4th November 2009 and Thursday 24th December 2009. These items may be returned up until and including Sunday 10th January 2010.
