Delivery Methods

Delivery within the UK is by Royal Mail Special Delivery. We offer this as a free shipping method to all our customers in the UK. International delivery is by Royal Mail Small Packets where available and Royal Mail Internations Signed For otherwise. All delivery is fully insured.

When the item arrives, if nobody is able to sign for the item, Royal Mail will leave instructions on how to proceed.

Delivery Schedule

Most items are usually dispatched immediately, but as some jewellery requires manufacturing to order, in some cases may take upto 14 days. Do not be alarmed if delivery takes longer than this as it is required to provide you with the best possible product.

Once your order has been dispatched, Special Delivery will arrive next day, while international orders generally take 20 days.
