First Class Diamonds offer beautiful white diamonds at wholesale prices. All diamonds come with a certification/valuation. We are so confident you will be delighted by our stones we offer a full 14 day 'no quibble' money back guarantee. We do not charge restocking fees. We have a retail store in Kenilworth (4 miles from Coventry) under the name James Moore Jewellers. Our internet business is also based in the same location.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, proceed to the checkout and you will be asked for a few details required to complete your order.

We accept credit card payment
If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, land mail or over our secure Internet conection.
Shipping
UK Shipping is by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
International shipping is by Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For and although available through the checkout process is subject to availablility and processing of the credit card.
Delivery Times
Usually most items on our website are in stock, therefore we dispatch our items within 1-2 working days. However on the occasion the item is not in stock we manufacture the diamond jewellery which can take upto approximately 14 working days. All orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and are fully insured by Royal Mail and/or ourselves. Royal Mail will require the item to be signed for. In the event of no-one being able to sign for the item the Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to proceed.
Delivery Schedule
If the item is in stock we will normally send UK orders to you the next business day, when ordered by 2 pm.
International orders are generally received in under 21 days.
Returns
We aim for you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase and therefore offer you 14 days to change your mind on any diamond purchase from this website. Please contact our customer service department before returning the jewellery.
Please ensure the jewellery is returned to us with all the original packaging. When we receive the item we will issue you with a full refund or if you prefer we can offer an exchange. You should return it to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery, this way the delivery is insured.

When you place an order it is done through a secure server to ensure that your credit card details remain safe.

First Class Diamonds will not pass your personal details to any third party company. Your details are kept only in connection with your order. Your payment card number is encrypted using the industry standard 128 bit SSL within the browser of your own PC, before it is sent to us via the Internet. In accordance with EU regulations we are required to inform visitors to our Web site that we use Cookies to track on-line shoppers as they browse our Store. On visiting our On-line Store, a randomly numbered tracking file (Cookie) is loaded onto your PC. This allows us to retain an anonymous identity for each shopper as they add products to their Shopping Cart. If you brows our Store and add items but do not order, the Cookie expires after 5 days. At no time do we track your visits to other sites on the Internet and on completion of an order, the Cookie expires.

Although this web site is constantly up dated with new products added and discontinued products removed sometimes errors can be made where an item listed on this site has been discontinued or is out of stock and therefore cannot be supplied or we cannot adhere to our estimated delivery time. However we always aim to please our customers and rely on our customers returning for future purchases and them to recommend us to friends and family.
